Terms of Service
Availability- I do not work on weekends, so I will not provide commission updates on those days.- The wips will only be sent to the person who commissioned me.- I don't work after 6:00 p.m. (GTM-3)- If I have already started with your commission, I will notify you and I will send wips of the process to have your validation, please do not be impatient, do not rush me or spam me.----------------------Art- I own all rights to my work, therefore I demand the corresponding credit from the client when publishing a commission made by me.- I will use the commission for online promotional purposes (open slots, example, etc).- Copying, tracing, stealing and using my art to make "AI art" is strictly prohibited as well as removing my watermark from the commission.
If I discover that you have done any of the above, you will be added to a blacklist; having access to commissions, raffles and any other event held prohibited.- I will ALWAYS send a sketch of your commission when I start it. If I haven't sent anything yet, it means I haven't started it yet.- Since you are the client you have the permission to use any wip as a pfp, banner, etc. before the commission is finished.- Only at the sketching stage are you allowed to request changes. A total of 3 changes are allowed. Once this stage is completed, I will not make any modifications, and if I do so, an additional 5USD will be charged.- Many accessories (+2), wings and complex designs will incur an extra charge.- If I have made a mistake in the commission (colors, markings, etc.), I will fix it for free.- I will work the commissions in the order in which they were taken.- The file size will be 3000 x 3000 px. The size may vary if, for example, it is something you want to use as wallpaper on your cell phone or computer.----------------------Other things to keep in mindI DO

Humans- English is not my native language, so it would help me a lot if your description of what you want is as precise as possible (references, colors, poses, vibes, the idea itself).- I really enjoy artistic freedom, but I also won't turn down specific requests about what they want in the commission.----------------------⚠️ Commissioning me means that you understand these terms,

Payment
- I accept Paypal only (€ and USD).- A Paypal.me link will be sent to the client so that they can pay at their respective times.- 50% of the payment must be made in advance and the other 50% once the commission is finished.- You can request a refund before I begin with your commission sketch. Once said sketch has been approved by the client, I will not issue refunds.
